You walk through the Pink Door and end up in the Body of yourself and riding a bike, but then it turns into your twin sister. But as you continue to bike your belly and chest expand to make it so that you are pregnant. Apparently in this Reality your twin sister never lost her husband in a car crash. So the two could do there plan of starting a family. But now your the one to carry the growing baby twins in your belly. Enjoy your new life.
